Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • We currently offer flat-rate standard shipping of $7 on all orders within Canada and the U.S.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Vancouver, Canada. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that the tracking link may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2–5 business days after processing

  • United States: 3–6 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to weather conditions.

Our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, BFPO, or freight forwarding addresses.

For U.S. orders, packages are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customs or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from LEVETEM.

Should you need to return your order, returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. All items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

To begin a return, please contact Customer Service at INFO@LEVETEM.COM. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged or faulty product, please contact our Customer Service team at INFO@LEVETEM.COM with your name and order number.

We’ll be happy to assist you. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST (excluding public holidays).
