Refund policy
Should you need to return your order, returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. All items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
To begin a return, please contact Customer Service at INFO@LEVETEM.COM. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item or a damaged or faulty product, please contact our Customer Service team at INFO@LEVETEM.COM with your name and order number.
